The skies finally cleared, allowing me to observe the moon and planets. Image quality is quite good, with the achromatic lens providing excellent color correction. Moon details were amazing through this telescope. Navigation was easy thanks to the standard altazimuth mount. Distant objects can get blurry at times. The AA batteries powering the motor drive are super annoying. Replacing batteries mid-session happens often and is a hassle. Despite its qualities, the telescope isn’t perfect.
